Highfive is looking for writers who can pitch, research and write posts for our company blog.
We are a SF Bay Area startup currently in stealth mode. The product we're building will make it easier for people to communicate and collaborate at work.
A big part of our vision is designing workplaces for the future and optimizing work culture, so this is the focus of our blog until we launch, when the writing will shift to being more explicitly about our product and our customers. Our target audience is IT directors and managers. Writers with a passion for these subjects and knowledge of the IT industry are especially encouraged to apply.
What we ask of you:
- Be willing to write a test post. If we like it and publish it, you will get paid.
- Be prepared to write 1-2 posts per week.
- Bring a fresh perspective to the topics you cover. We don't want to just post "me-too" content and we are not a news service.
- Be accurate and back-up your reporting and research.
How to Apply
Send three writing samples and your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short note about your background and what interests you most about the workplace and work culture today.
